Within 30 days, contact us at (503)638-3616     or write us at debbie@makeupmirrors4u.com to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#)

Please do NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization Number(RA#)

If you ordered a Zadro, Kimball & Young, or Mirror Image mirror, you will be asked to return the mirror directly to them. There is a 15% restocking fee on all mirrors by Kimball & Young with a $15 minimum and a 20% restocking fee on Zadro. After 30 days, restocking fees go up to 25% of the item cost.

If an item is not in original condition with all original packaging, it will not be accepted. The packaging must also be in original condition. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items.

There are no returns on Danielle or Floxite as per manufacturers.

A defective mirror is replaced with new otherwise, if you want a refund, your shipping charge and restocking fee will be charged.

Products returned to us without a Return Authorization Number(RA#) are not accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.
