Within 30 days, contact us at 503-638-3616 or write us at sales@smallelectrics.com to let us know if you want a replacement or a refund.

We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Please do NOT return any products to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#).

Products returned to us without a Return Authorization number (RA#) are not accepted and will be returned to you by your shipper.

Ship your products to us prepaid, insured, with a tracking number for proof of delivery. Return products to SmallElectrics 19060 SW Tualasaum Dr. Tualatin, OR 97062. Clearly write your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the box.

After all of the above are complete, and we receive your products . . . (1) we will promptly send you a replacement, or (2) we will promptly issue your refund – your choice.

***** Placing an order on our web site signifies that you have read and agree to the following return conditions and you authorize your credit card company to honor the following condtions: Products (See exceptions below) may be returned within 30 days of your order ship date by PrePaid freight or postage. (Due to Manufacturer Policies, exceptions are mentioned below).

In order to return any item or if you receive a defective item, you must call us at 503-638-3616 to obtain a Return Authorization number. If you do not obtain a return authorization number you authorize your credit card company to deny any "CHARGEBACK" due to an item being defective, incorrect or if you want to return an item that is over 30 days old.




Personal care items, such as shavers, cannot be returned at all. This is a health violation.

Do not remove warranty sticker or returns are not possible.




Returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the packaging and original contents included. This includeds attachments, bags and warranty cards.

No credit will be given for items returned after 30 days or not in NEW SALEABLE condition with all packing material included.

If an item breaks, you must deal with the company that supplies the warranty for the product.

If you refuse your order, you will be charged shipping and a 15% restocking fee.

If more than one item is ordered and the items must be packaged separately, there will be a $5 charge added to your bill.

Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless we shipped an incorrect item or an error was made on our part.

You are responsible for shipping charges for all returns including defective items, and damaged items.

We will pay for the shipping back to you on a replacement for a defective item. (Defective items are rare but do happen in all electric products.)

Please include a copy of your invoice and indicate the reason for your return. Returns can not be processed without documentation including order number, address, credit card number, expiration date and reason for return

Shipping Policies

We offer the following shipping methods and delivery times:

Shipping Charges

We charge you the actual price that you pay for shipping. If this is an extra shipping charge by UPS, this charge will be passed on to the customer.

We do not charge you any handling fees or any other "extra" shipping costs.

If you give an incorrect address and we are charged by UPS, your account will be charged $5. An incorrect address can mean a missing suite number or using a p.o.box instead of a street address.

If you order more than one item, you may be charged additional shipping.

We are presently not shipping international orders. Canada will be charged an additional $10 per order.

To see your shipping costs, please go to the order from and fill out your shipping information and preferred shipping method.

When you move onto the billing page, your actual shipping costs will be displayed for you in your order total.

How to Place an Order at SmallElectrics.com

This Online Store uses a shopping cart, which is the location where you compile your order.

To place an order at our Online Store you will need to use the shopping cart. Once you are satisfied with your order, proceed to checkout, where you will actually buy your item.

Filling a Shopping Cart

Find the item(s) you would like to purchase by using our catalog. You may use our search engine or browse by product category. To use the search engine, simply enter what you are looking for and press search. To browse, click on one of the product categories, located in the top left hand corner of the entrance page.

When you find an item you would like to order in a product category (a list with several items), simply select a quantity and press the Order button. This will add that item to your Shopping Cart. To see more information about the item before you buy, click on the name of the item.

When you find an item you would like to order from the product page, click on the Order button. This will add that item to your Shopping Cart.

Each time you add an item to your Shopping Cart, the item will appear in your shopping cart, located in the left hand navigation bar.

If you would like to continue shopping after adding an item to your shopping cart, continue to search for items by using our search engine or by browsing by product category from the navigation bar on the left.

If you are finished shopping, click on the Checkout button, located in the lower left hand corner of the entrance page just below your Shopping Cart. Or at the bottom of your shopping cart.

Ordering

Go to your Shopping Cart page by clicking on the Check Out button in the lower left hand corner of the entrance page.

Review the items in your Shopping Cart.

Remove any items you do not wish to purchase by clicking on the small box at the beginning of the appropriate row, producing a check, then press the Update Order button.

To change the quantity of an item, change the number in the box, and press the Update Order button.

Pressing the Empty Cart button, removes your entire order.

When you have finished reviewing your list, click on the Check Out button.

A personal information page is then displayed where you will input your name, address, credit card info, and any special instructions for your purchase.

An Order Confirmation page will then appear. This is your last chance to change your order. If you have changed your mind about an item or if you find an inaccuracy, click on the Change Order button.

If everything is correct, click on the Continue button to complete the transaction.

After your order is submitted, a thank you page will appear. Print a copy of this page using your browser; it contains valuable information about your order and will be your receipt. If you have problems printing this page, please write down your order number for future reference.
